Is photography allowed at the light show?

Absolutely! Please take as many pictures as you’d like and share them on social media! Use #HolidayLightShow and tag @holidaylightshow!


Do you accept credit cards at the door? What about cash?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover. We also accept mobile payments like Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. We will also be accepting cash! here.


Who can I contact with questions about the light show or my ticket?

Please reach out to our social media accounts @holidaylightshow. If you lost your tickets please click here to resend your confirmation.

What kind of vehicle can I drive through the light show?

For safety reasons, we will only be allowing cars & trucks (pickup trucks, SUV, etc.) into the show. No buses, limos, trailers, trollies, etc. Two-axel "church buses" are permitted. No exceptions will be made.


Do We Need To Buy Tickets In Advance?

Tickets purchased for Fridays or Saturdays must be purchased in advance. There are NO gate sales on either night. Tickets for any other day of the week that we are open can be purchased at the gate.


Am I allowed to exit my car while driving through the show?

For your safety, we ask that you remain in your vehicle while you're at the Holiday Light Show™. You will have great photo opportunities from inside the vehicle!


Are there any refunds for tickets bought online?
